Instructions to make Palak Paneer restaurant style:
  1. Take water, boil it and add 1 bunch of palak, soak in Water. And boil 2 or 3 minutes.
  2. Blanched it well. And do not over cook.
  3. Then add in cold water, help to remain colour. Cooled completely.
  4. Blanched palak.
  5. Now in mixture jar, add palak, ginger, green chili, garlic and blend smooth.(make a palak paste)
  6. Now, heat oil in pan, then add paneer and roast it while it's become golden brown.
  7. Roasted paneer keep aside.
  8. Now in oil, add jeera, cinnamon, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf, kasuri methi, saute -turns aromatic.
  9. Now add chopped onions saute well.
  10. Now add chopped tomatoes, saute well. And make soft and mushy.
  11. Then add palak paste, and add water as required. Add salt and mix it well.
  12. Adjust consistency.
  13. Add roasted paneer, mix well. And Cook completely. Last add garam masala and kasuri methi, cream, mix well.
  14. Ready to serve.
  15. Serve in different styles.
