  17. Make ready 2 cup chopped pickled mustard greens
  18. Make ready 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  19. Get 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  20. Prepare 1 cup chopped celery

  22. Get 1/4 cup water
  23. Make ready 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Steps to make Two Happy Families Gochujang and regular Pork:
  1. Slice the pork very thinly best to slice mostly frozen. Put into a ziploc bag. Leave this in the refrigerator till it's completely defrosted.

  11. Slice the carrots, and celery on a bias. Finely slice the onion, and garlic cloves.
  12. Now vegetables are ready. Set them aside.
  13. Slice the bacon and lay flat in a pan and start to heat. This will allow more even rendering of the fat.
  14. Heat a skillet add the regular pork and sear this won't take long at all the pork is so thin. Set aside.
  15. When almost done looking like this in picture this is the way you want it.
  16. Add the vegetables to the pan with the bacon drippings and bacon. Cover and simmer till the carrots are where you like them in doneness.
  17. Add cornstarch to the vegetables.
  18. Stir till you don't see the cornstarch.
  19. Add the broth and stir.
  20. Now mix the second tablespoon of cornstarch and water pour into the vegetables. When thickened set aside.
  21. Now do the gochujang pork on the hot pan.
  22. Turn as needed.
  23. You may need to scrape the pan.
  24. Do in batches till done.
  25. Divide the vegetables serve half with the gochujang pork and half with the regular pork.
