  1. Take 1/2 cup wheat flour

  3. Take 1/4 cup jowar flour
  4. Take 1/2 tsp cumin, roasted and cruahed
  5. Get 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp salt
  7. Prepare 1 tsp black sesame seeds
  8. Get 1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
  9. Take 2 tsp ghee
  10. Prepare as required Water to knead the dough

Instructions to make Multigrain Baked Chakli:
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Add water little at a time and knead a soft dough.
  2. Divide the dough into 4 to 5 balls. Roll into cylindrical shape and put in chakli maker and pipe straight chaklis onto a tray lined with butter paper.
  3. Bake the chaklis in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
