  5. Meanwhile make a semi-thick batter of plain flour, salt and water. Keep aside for a while.
  6. Peel the banana and make a hollow slit lengthwise. Gently fill the coconut mixture inside the banana as much as possible.
  7. Now dip the open end of the banana in the flour mixture.
  8. Shallow fry these in ghee till golden from all the sides.
  9. Serve immediately to enjoy this delicacy.
